LEGAL ISSUES
We will provide all the documents for the developer’s company, send you a sample purchase and sale agreement and tell you about the forms of ownership of real estate in Thailand. We will explain in detail all stages of the transaction and clarify the amount of additional payments upon purchase. Let's mention taxes and other important points.

BOOKING
To reserve a specific property, you will need to pay a small deposit. Usually its size is about $3000 (depending on the cost of the object). You need to pay for the reservation to the developer’s account by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or through a reliable service for exchanging rubles for Thai baht. After receiving payment, the developer will send a payment receipt and a confirmation letter to your email.

PREPARATION OF THE AGREEMENT
After receiving the deposit, the developer will prepare a purchase and sale agreement within 14-30 days, we will check it for errors and inaccuracies. The contract will include precise information about the project, payment plan and construction dates. After we check the documents, the developer will send you an electronic version of the contract for signature by express mail. You will receive the contract within 3-5 business days.

YOU MAKE PAYMENT
Payment for the object is made by international transfer or through a mobile bank, cryptocurrency or cash in Russia (depending on the chosen form of ownership) according to the payment plan. After receiving payment at each stage, the developer will send a payment receipt and confirmation by email.

COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION
After completion of construction and delivery of the facility, you will be invited to an inspection, acceptance and signing of the apartment acceptance certificate, receiving keys and property documents.
